RECIPE #3: Orange Dreamsicle

There really is nothing like that orange-vanilla-cream flavor that so many of us know and love! It’s one of my favorite flavor combinations.

I think it’s because it reminds me of the Orange Julius drinks I got as a teen when I went to the mall with my mom (good times!). Did you get those too (or maybe you still do?!).

The best part about this recipe is that it’s made without refined sugar, and can be made without dairy too!

And the essential oil ingredient? It’s Tangerine Essential Oil this time! The tangerine adds that extra burst of citrus that makes this popsicle have that lovely orange flavor.

Ingredients:

3 oranges

1 banana

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp honey

7 ounces coconut milk

1 drop Rocky Mountain Oils Tangerine Essential Oil

Directions:

Blend fully in a Vita Mix blender and pour into the popsicle molds. Freeze popsicles without sticks for one hour (meanwhile, soak your wooden sticks). After one hour, insert sticks and freeze an additional 2 hours or more. Enjoy!
